F+W Media, a leading publisher and producer of enthusiast-based magazines, websites, digital products, books, e-books, events, etc. is currently searching for a summer intern for its Sales Group. The summer intern will be responsible for the following duties.

Responsibilities include:
• Contacting existing clients and prospective new clients by phone with the goal of securing new sales for a variety product, including online database subscription services and books.
• Researching new business opportunities that correspond to the product being sold.
• Gauge client feedback and work with internal F+W staff to overcome product objections to obtain new sales.
 

Requirements:
• Familiar with computer systems and eager to learn
• Pleasant phone manners with good communication skills
• Goal-oriented and assertive
