Customer Service Associate

The Customer Service Associate will support the e-Commerce business by handling all customer inquiries thru phone mail or electronic contact.   Project a professional company image thru phone and email interaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones professionally and promptly and respond to inquires about products and services.
  • Setup customers & key orders into the current fulfillment systems used
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
  • Up sell products and services.
  • Research billing and shipping inquires product availability and details about the products.
  • Input data into a variety of data entry systems
  • Other tasks as assigned.
  • Assist customers with digital product download issues on various platforms

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service required in a call center environment preferred

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Listen effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Keyboarding/typing skills, basic knowledge of computer programs (email, excel word)
